By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following policies designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants. Please read through our booking, refund, and cancellation policies carefully before proceeding with your booking.
Booking Policy:
Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to book a tour with Fox ATVs.
Availability: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon completion of the booking process.
Payment: All payments must be completed via our secure payment gateway at the time of booking.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by any changes in price.
Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Timelines:
Adventures lasting 3 hours or less: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
Adventures lasting between 4 hours and 1 day: Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled adventure.
Adventures lasting 2 days or more: Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks before the scheduled adventure.
Refund Deductions:
4% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the total amount.
11% service fee will be deducted from the total amount.
No fees will be charged for refunds if the request is made within 48 hours from the time of payment.
Refund Process:
Refund requests must be submitted via email.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the refund request.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour.
Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after approval.
Liability Disclaimer:
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: Fox ATVs is not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Risk: Customers participate in all tours and activities at their own risk and are required to follow safety guidelines provided by Fox ATVs at all times.
Insurance: Customers must ensure they have the necessary insurance coverage to protect against any accidents or issues related to the adventure.
Customer Responsibilities:
Booking Information: Customers must provide accurate personal information during the booking process.
Punctuality: Customers must arrive at the designated meeting point on time for the scheduled tour.
Safety Compliance: Customers are required to follow all safety instructions provided by Fox ATVs during the tour.
Damages: Customers must refrain from causing harm or damage to the vehicles, equipment, or other participants. Any damages resulting from irresponsible actions will be the responsibility of the customer.
Waiver: A waiver form must be signed by the customer after booking and before the commencement of the tour.
